What is The Alignment?
The Alignment is an 8-week small group coaching experience for international women who are ready to stop living from the environment's version of themselves - and return to be their own.
It is not a course. It is not a curriculum to complete. It is a deeply held container for women who have been carrying something that has never quite had a name - and are ready to set it down.
The group is intentionally small: 5 women maximum. The intimacy is not incidental. It is the work.
The Alignment includes:
Eight weeks of live group coaching calls, held every two weeks with Eliza
Async group coaching between sessions - a private, intimate space to share, process, and be witnessed in real time
Written reflection and journaling materials for each phase of the work
A cohort of 5 women moving through the experience together
